    Apple's focus this week has been to troubleshoot all the iPad 2s that customers are returning to the stores. One iPad came back with a post it note on it that said "Wife said no." It was escalated as something funny, and two of the VPs got wind of it. They sent the guy an iPad 2 with a note on it that said "Apple said yes."

    Florida: Florida’s Bar prohibits discrimination based on gender, but Kenny Leigh doesn’t care. He’s built a bustling firm on the slogan “Men Only. Family Law Only,” and though he’s since changed it, he says he’d still never take a female client. “The only thing that’s very consistent about family law is how unfair it is to men,” Leigh tells the Florida Times-Union. “The current system turns a father into a visitor and a paycheck.”

    The Bar has sent a letter to Leigh reminding him of its policies but says it would take action only if someone filed a discrimination complaint—not that Leigh would listen. “If the Bar tells me I have to, then I will litigate the Florida Bar that it’s unconstitutional,” he says. Of course, his ideals aren’t quite as high-and-mighty as they sound. He admits to using dirty tricks to win cases—because family law is “gloves off.
